2024 upgrades included a new kitchen microwave. 2023 upgrades supplied a rebuilt beach walkway, benches and stairs, upgraded beach closet toys, new living room furnishings, new pool and deck furnishings, various furnishings throughout upgraded and additional kitchen glassware.

Your family will adore this private Oceanfront home, with its spectacular vistas. With this property you can appreciate the Pine Island Beach Club offering a huge pool, access to the beach and available restroom facilities. It's the ideal place to stop in while waiting for your home to be ready on check-in day. It can also be used on checkout day, to extend the time at the beach a bit longer and also let the traffic dissipate. This home also comes with a well-supplied beach closet complete with body boards, beach chairs and many great sand toys to use while you're here! Located close to the Pine Island Racquet Club offering indoor and outdoor tennis and a exercise center with cardio equipment and weight room (fee to use Racquet Club).

2025, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/9/25 -10/9/25

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has finished their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.
