At just half a mile from the ocean, the nearest access is just an 8-min. walk away when you're ready to hit the beach. If your family doesn't want to haul all that beach gear and prefers to drive, you'll be just 5 mins. away from the Bonito St. Public Beach Access with a parking lot.

The ground level has plenty of parking space for the whole family and room for 1 car to park under the home. Outside, a humongous 12'x26' private pool is where you'll spend the day splashing around in the sun. Afterward, take a dip in the bubbly hot tub to relax your muscles. Inside, you can play a round of billiards in the rec room while you watch the big game or listen to music. When it's time to go to sleep, a comfortable Queen Bedroom shares a Full-Sized Hall Bathroom with another bedroom that has 2 Bunk Bed sets.

A split staircase leads up to the front porch on the middle level where you can access the main entrance to the home.
