This oceanside Corolla beach home, located in the desired Ocean Sands community, will instantly put you in a state of relaxation thanks to all the amenities and coastal decorations. At just half a mile from the ocean, the nearest access is just an 8-min. walk away when you're ready to hit the beach. If your family doesn't want to haul all that beach gear and prefers to drive, you'll be just 5 mins. away from the Bonito St. Public Beach Access with a parking lot.

The ground level has plenty of parking space for the whole family and room for 1 car to park under the home. Outside, a giant 12'x26' private pool is where you'll spend the day splashing around in the sun. Afterward, take a dip in the bubbly hot tub to relax your muscles. Inside, you can play a round of billiards in the rec room while you watch the big game or listen to music. When it's time to go to sleep, a comfortable Queen Bedroom shares a Full-Sized Hall Bathroom with another bedroom that has 2 Bunk Bed sets.

A split staircase leads up to the front porch on the middle level where you can access the main entrance to the home. For a more laid-back ambiance, chill out in the appealing den featuring an entertainment center and a wet bar that lets you really vacation “Margaritaville”-style. You'll adore taking your drink out on the covered deck that overlooks the pool to relax in a colorful Adirondack chair. At the end of the day, curl up with your favorite beach novel in the Master King Suite w/ Full Bathroom. Another Full Hall Bathroom featuring a Whirlpool tub and shower combo is shared by a second Bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk w/ Trundle Bed and another Queen Bedroom. Upstairs, the top level is a sizable open-style floorplan featuring a living area, kitchen, and dining area.
