This centrally located and handsome home is semi-oceanfront - just 220 ft from the beach access! Only a short walk to shopping and dining at Timbuck II and Monteray Plaza. Feel what the Northern Outer Banks has to offer! Appreciate the new 16x30 pool, relax with your family, watch the kiddos splash and play, or take an evening dip in the 6-person hot tub!
Level 1: Living area with wet bar, a full-size refrigerator and microwave. An additional room with two bunk beds and a full bath. Just outside a huge pool that is a great size for the entire family, along with a hot tub, also a charcoal park grille.
Level 2: King bedroom with private deck, a bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV; King bedroom with a bathroom and TV; Queen bedroom and a Pyramid bed that shares a bathroom; both rooms have flat-screen TVs. You'll also find a laundry area on this floor.
Level 3: Delightfully decorated open floor plan offering a sizable living room with an upsized L-shaped couch. The kitchen features a bar that is ideal for putting out a spread for Happy Hour or serving up breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen has two dishwashers and is well outfitted with a crockpot, skillets, a coffee maker flex to make a pot or a single cup of coffee, and a blender.
