Located Oceanside in Corolla Light, this handsome home has everything you'll need for a great Corolla vacation! Your family will savor being able to walk to the Ocean, the Currituck Soundfront park, Corolla Town Center stores and eateries. Incredible lighthouse vistas and all the amenities of Corolla Light!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a completely gated private pool with hot tub, charcoal grille and outside shower. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, Media room with 60" intelligent TV/DVD, Queen Sleep Couch, full size refrigerator and a full bathroom.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with a huge private bathroom, TV/DVD and deck access King Master Bedroom with TV/Roku, private bathroom and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Singles, TV/Roku and deck access, full hall bathroom, desk/office area in the hall, and the laundry area with washer and dryer. There's a half bathroom on the landing between the mid and top levels.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, blue tooth stereo, gas fireplace and deck access with vistas of the lighthouse, dining room seating 10, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 2 and a pub table seating 2. King Master Bedroom with a enormous private bathroom, TV/Roku and deck access.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance.   • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to drive new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
