Casa Del Mar is located in the striking neighborhood of Crown Point. It is 180 yards to the beach. Pool, tennis court, Timbuck II stores and dining are only mins. away.

Rental check in days vary.. I try to accommodate visitors. I encourage Friday-Friday bookings to avoid traffic and grocery lines!

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the largest rental home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.

  • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself.
