Once you vacation at "Carolina Sun" you will want to return year after year! Windows everywhere fill the entire home with natural light! The open-concept top-level is bright and cheerful even on lazy rainy days when you can soak in the bubbling hot tub enclosed in the screened porch off the mid-level! Sneak away to the hammock swing on the mid-level deck for an afternoon nap, challenge someone to a game of pool, or cool off in the swimming pool! We promise you won't be bored at this home! New for 2023! The outside of the home has been painted a sunny yellow! New carpet has been installed throughout the whole home. There are all new appliances in the kitchen, along with new floor, countertops and sinks in the kitchen, as well as all the bathrooms! There are new couches in the den area, as well as decor updates.

Level 1: On the ground level, there is a fun-filled game room with a pool table, and TV as well as slider doors leading right out to the extraordinary private pool area that is surrounded by calming chairs! The BBQ grille and picnic table offer the ideal lunch and evening family dining area! On this same level, there are also two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and a single with ROKU, and a queen room which has private access to the full hallway bath!

Level 2: The midlevel of this cavernous home is where you will find a separate, comfortable den area with a seasonal gas fireplace, ROKU TV, wet bar, microwave, and slider to the deck. Here, you can also relax or appreciate the hot tub. There are 3 bedrooms on this level including 1 queen bedroom with full bath, 1 queen room, 1 pyramid bunk bed with ROKU, and a full bathroom with jetted tub.

Level 3: The wide-open top level features a great room with big cozy furnishings, coastal decor, a second gas fireplace, ocean vistas, and a TV! There are 2 dining room tables seating 16 plus seating at the bar for 4 more! The well-supplied kitchen is where memorable family meals will be prepared! The king master suite includes a big-screen TV, a humongous bathroom with jetted tub, and a private door to the deck!

In addition to all of this, you can also take advantage of all that Monteray Shores has to offer including community pools, clubhouse with WIFI, gym, kids's activities in season, bicycle and walking trails, playground, tennis, 3 basketball courts, AND TWO community Piers for fishing and crabbing! Monteray Shores is the only community on the North Beaches that offers a boat launch for modest crafts (kayak, sailboat, jet ski)! The boat launch is available ONLY during regular clubhouse business hours.

However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hot spot or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school.   • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
