Feel what the Northern Outer Banks has to offer! This neighborhood is ideal for those who adore or have wanted to try kayaking or paddleboarding! Corolla Bay is conveniently located and just a short walk to Whalehead Beach, but also provides complimentary ocean-side parking that is less than 150 feet from the beach!

Level 3: The top level is where you will take in the glorious sunsets! The great room offers an abundance of comfortable seating, and a gas fireplace, with an adjacent dining area sizable enough for everybody! The modren gourmet kitchen will be appreciated by the cooks in the family. The island is roomy enough to prepare meals for a crowd, and the high-end appliances (including a Keurig coffee maker) ensure that every meal will be prepared to its best! Speaking of which....all meals and gatherings on the top level can be appreciated while taking in the sound vistas! Appreciate morning breakfasts or evening beverages on the cavernous and furnished screen porch! A king master getaway can also be found on the top level with a pretty shower! There is also a powder room on this level.
Level 2: Four more Master Bedrooms are located on the mid-level including 3 kings and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, as well as, a striking entry.
Level 1: The ground level is where many memories will be made in the rec room which includes a pool table, TV, and kitchenette! The laundry room is located on this level, as well as, the 6th bedroom with a queen and full bathroom. A sliding door leads out to the handsome pool getaway which is where you will find the hot tub!! The private pier is ideal for appreciating sunsets, launching kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards, fishing, and crabbing. Please note that motorized watercraft and travel trailers are not allowed.
There are TVs in all of the bedrooms, the great room, and the game room, as well as, High-speed internet throughout! There are two coffeemakers, one with a Keurig on one side and a hot water dispenser on the other side!
Internet: All of our homes are equipped with wifi, however, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school.
