Beautiful home found in Corolla Light with all the Corolla Light Conveniences. Across the street from the sound, to watch the sunsets drift below the horizon.

The lower level has a Queen bedroom with a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower. You'll also find the wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator and a sleeper couch to accommodate more guests. Watch your favorite show on the enormous flat-screen TV! Through the slider door, you'll find the outdoor area with the private pool, hot tub, and outside shower.

Mid Level: you'll find 3 bedrooms, a primary king bedroom with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a sleeper chair with a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Top Level: The Living room has a sizable flat-screen TV with an upsized couch ideal for the entire family. A dining area that seats 8, along with a 3-person bar/kitchen island. The Kitchen is ideally equipped with stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops. You'll find the half bath accessible on this level as well.

You'll find the final primary bedroom on the top level as well. The king bedroom with access to a private deck and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

The Corolla Light indoor pool and hot tub will be closed for repairs for all of 2023. The indoor tennis, saunas, racquetball, ping pong and exercise room with be open during the pool closure.

Corolla Light is a striking resort for families offering four pools: two swimming pools (one oceanfront and one sound front), one heated training pool, and one infant pool. The Sports Center offers a heated 25-yard pool with three swimming lanes as well as a heated 12-person jetted spa, racquetball and volleyball courts, a full-size weight room, and a exercise room with treadmills, stair machine, stationary bicycles, elliptical machines, locker rooms, aerobics room and more! There is a full-and-a-half-court lighted basketball court, a full-sized lighted volleyball court, four lighted shuffleboard courts, 2 indoor Har-Tru clay tennis courts, 4 outdoor Har-Tru clay courts, 3 outdoor hard courts and 1 dual-use tennis/pickleball hard court (as well as tennis lessons), horseshoes and a putting green! The playground is ideal for the little ones in your family, as well as scheduled activities like movie nighttime, tie-dyeing, arts and crafts, and more!
