Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a completely gated private pool with hot tub and outside shower, carport and a grilling area with park-style charcoal grille.

Mid Level: 2 Queen Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and deck access that share a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom. 2 Bedrooms each with a Bunk Set, Single and a flat-screen TV, full hall bathroom and the laundry are with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Open great room with flat-screen TV, sound bar, gas fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 4 and screened porch access and the dining room seating 10. King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas). Outside you'll find a sun deck with plenty of seating and a crows nest with vistas of the golf course.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Book your rental in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
