After a day of fun in the sun, come home and relax in the light-filled living area with soaring ceilings and a wall of ocean-facing windows. Spanish-style tile throughout the common areas is ideal for sandy feet and paws that have just returned from the beach. A well-equipped kitchen surrounds a center island with seating, accepting family and friends to gather in heart of the home and socialize during meal prep. After dinner, the festivities continue in the adjoining rec space with pool table, along with a bar for a pub-style experience without leaving the home. At the end of the nighttime, getaway to the cavernous primary bedroom, where you can soak away the day in the garden tub or savor some peaceful time on the private balcony.
