Located in the peaceful community of Ocean Hill, your days will be filled with fun beach days or peaceful times at the property calming on the deck and appreciating the sea air. This property has plenty of activities for everybody including foosball in the rec room. Or perhaps you prefer a relaxing evening swing on the hammock. Close to the beach and just a short drive to historic Corolla Village with cozy stores and eateries.

Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Sticking to your spending plan:

  • The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Summer months are high season in Corolla. Booking your Currituck vacation rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites frequently offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.
