Mid Level: Offers a King Master Bedroom with intelligent TV, ocean vistas and a private bathroom with whirlpool tub. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

When to visit & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the best value, change your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, , and reduced traffic.
  • In the Currituck area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Some hosts offer rate reductions for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to establish what configuration is right for your vacation family.
  • Is your family looking for specific amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the perfect rental.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited.   • Inspect the property one final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to inspire future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation rental. Remember to be objective.
