The recreation room also has access to the pool area, with huge heated in-ground pool and outdoor shower. The mid-level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (including one master bedroom with en suite bath), plus a living room with a TV, wet bar, and under-counter refrigerator.

From the 2nd-floor living area, there is access to the covered deck with a hot tub and access down the stairs to the gated pool area. The top level has a king master bedroom, and the main living areas including the great room, kitchen, and two dining areas.
