A ideal hideaway, the freshly upgraded Keystone Kottage is a 6-bedroom, and 4 full-bathroom home tucked away on a cul-de-sac lot backing up to a wooded preserve and the pathway leading to beach access. The home features multiple living areas, making this home ideal for families to vacation and relax. The ground level has a recreation room with a pool table, 2 bedrooms, and a full bath. The recreation room also has access to the pool area, with huge heated in-ground pool and outdoor shower. The mid-level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (including one master bedroom with en suite bath), plus a living room with a TV, wet bar, and under-counter refrigerator.

From the 2nd-floor living area, there is access to the covered deck with a hot tub and access down the stairs to the gated pool area. The top level has a king master bedroom, and the main living areas including the great room, kitchen, and two dining areas. The cathedral ceilings allow in plenty of natural light, so do the ample windows and doors that open to the sizable top-level deck. Mature trees and plantings on three sides of the lot provide additional privacy, and the driveway provides ample space for cars.

Numerous updates include all 4 bathrooms refreshed with quartz counter tops, sinks, and faucets; as well as, new floor and vanity lights. The 2nd and 3rd floor living areas are upgraded with LVT floor. New granite countertops at wet bar and kitchen, along with updated lighting throughout. Outside the home, appreciate 4 new heavy duty Adirondack chairs around the pool.

The Pool heat works great, but please note that pool heat can only raise the temperature 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher), and that pool heat systems vary in capability based on temperature and other factors.

  • Summertime is high season in the Currituck area. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
