This extravagant oceanfront home brings guests into the lap of luxury with a unique and opulent experience on the wild 4x4 Carova Beach. Summer prices have been reduced so grab a week at this charming home. With no expense was spared, you can be sure to vacation in comfort here at "Swan Coast". The fashonable interior design invites guests to relax in luxury among the serene and timeless ambiance of exotic animal prints and sculptures. An elevator lends accessibility to every level of the home and brings everybody together with ease.
The top floor features a comfortable living space with wide ocean vistas, an chic infant-grandiose piano for the musician in the family, and plenty of seating for movie nights around the TV. There's a Captains watch and a sun room which both have great vistas from the west and south faces of the home, and seating for gaming, puzzles, or reading in tranquility. The dining room has striking and comfortable seating for 10. The roomy kitchen with granite counter tops, a gas range, double convection oven, and an island wet-bar is ideal for simple entertaining while cooking for the whole family. Well outfitted with with all of the modern amenities, it'll handle any meal you can think of! The top-level deck provides plenty of space to watch the kids in the pool from above, and has an exterior stair that connects all levels to the bottom level where there is a fenced-in pool deck. The master bedroom with king bed features a luxurious one-person sauna as well as a jet-tub and shower stall.
A seriously handsome work of art graces the entry door- the main entrance on the second floor which leads right into the billiard room. A magnificent claw-foot antique style pocket billiards table will provide hours of fun for kids and adults alike! Remaining bedrooms on the second floor include 2 queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a queen bedroom with a jack-and-jill bathroom adjoining the twin bunk room. Family time never gets any easier than in this comfortable space! Decks on the second floor (with access from east bedrooms) also include a hot tub for after hours relaxation.
The bottom floor of the home has an entrance directly from the pull-under garage space, and painless access to the elevator. There's a second refrigerator, microwave, wet-bar, and dishwasher, lending the bottom floor ideally to private living for whoever in the family may want that.
There's also a king bedroom with ensuite full bath. The laundry room has a utility sink along with washer and dryer. The ground floor also has a ping-pong table in the attractively decorated space including a jungle mural on the wall. The pool deck is fenced in, concrete, and contains an out-door shower to rinse all the sand off after the beach and all the chlorine off after the pool.
Swan Coast is a dreamy place, with so many spaces for gathering or for solitude. Come appreciate the oceanfront experience; crashing waves, soft ocean breezes and blue expanses from every level. The giant number of stars in the sky and the moon rising over the ocean will remind you of how huge the world is and how lucky you are to be right where you are. Friday Check in - 4 Wheel Drive Required - Approximately 7 miles up the 4x4 beach. No family pets! Hot tub and pool open Mid May to late September. Parking at the home is complimentary and unlimited. Guests will borrow the two season passes for parking on the beach. No graduation or event groups of any kind are allowed in our homes.
