Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a completely gated private pool, 6-person hot tub, open outside shower and picnic table. Inside you'll find a Den with kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and sink, flat-screen TV/DVD surround sound, game table seating 4 and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Singles and a full hall bathroom. Corolla walking trail along the Currituck Sound is right outside the door, ideal for launching kayaks or paddle boards.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms with flat-screen TV and deck access and 2 Bedrooms each with Bunk Set and Single that share a full hall bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with a sizable flat-screen TV/DVD with movie library including over 200 movies to choose from, gas fireplace and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 3, wine cooler and deck access, dining room with seating for 12 and a half bathroom. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and deck access to Hot Tub.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
