The cavernous third level with reverse floor plan, offers many seating opportunities. Choose to separate into intimate groups or huge gatherings as desired. The humongous gourmet kitchen has plenty of room for multiple chefs as well as cheering bystanders on the seating side of the giant island. The dining area which seats 10 is also connected to the sunroom, which can hold more diners or the latest puzzle / game. Sticking to a budget:

• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
