Panoramic ocean vistas and multiple living spaces are just the beginning of the many amenities you will savor at this home on the 4x4 beach. There is a pool table, ping pong table, two arcade games, private pool with tiki bar, three levels of outside seating, hot tub, X-box 360 and so much more!!
The roomy third level with reverse floor plan, offers many seating opportunities. Choose to separate into intimate groups or enormous gatherings as desired. The humongous gourmet kitchen has plenty of room for multiple chefs as well as cheering bystanders on the seating side of the giant island. The dining area which seats 10 is also connected to the sunroom, which can hold more diners or the latest puzzle / game. The great room has pretty vistas of the ocean and features a huge seating area with many entertainment options. Find relaxation in the ships watch, which overlooks the great room. It’s wonderfully upsized lounge seating invites you to partake in a lazy afternoon nap or a peaceful conversation with a friend or a book! The KING master bedroom, just off the living room, has an iLE Sleep Number bed, private deck access, private bath with jetted tub and satellite intelligent tv.
Descend the stairs to the second level with two master bedrooms (K,K) with private baths, two more bedrooms (K, Q with trundle) with a shared bath, a laundry and an exercise room.
