Beach Cabana Service: 4 high quality chairs and 2 enormous umbrellas will be set up Sunday- Saturday, Memorial Day to Labor Day at the main beach access in Villages at Ocean Hill (weather permitting). Umbrellas and chairs have a reserved sign on them and with the name Royal Palms and will be set up by 9 am daily, and broken down at the very end of the day. Umbrellas and chairs can be set up near public beach access or near our home's beach access. Guests can rent additional umbrellas and chairs for the week, as well as body boards, corn hole sets, surf boards and kayaks, in advance at http://www.vohbeachrentals.com/ or by contacting agent upon arrival. No need to worry about dragging heavy beach chairs and umbrellas to beach every day or reserving your own spot on the beach. This service would normally cost $234 per week however as a guest in our home, this service is included for you at no additional cost. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can't be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.
