Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Some hosts offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection.   • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or host was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
