This striking 7 bedroom, 7 and a half bath home in the Whalehead community of Corolla will have all that you could want and more when looking for a vacation home. Located just across the street from the beach, A Sweet Dream provides painless access to the handsome beaches of the Outer Banks. After a day of sun, sand, and surf, you can head to your private getaway and take a dip in the exhilarating pool (Pool heat can be added for an additional fee), relax in the calming hot tub, or appreciate beverages at the tiki bar while watching the stars come out at nighttime.

Inside the home, you'll find cavernous and delightfully appointed living areas, ideal for gathering together or spreading out for some peaceful time on every floor. The entirely equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, and the dining area offers plenty of seating for everybody. If you'd rather dine outside, there are covered decks on every floor, each with plenty of seating options and space for everybody to savor. A Sweet dream offers seven bedrooms, each with its own bath to ensure privacy and space for you and your group. With its unbeatable location, opulent amenities, and impressive vistas, A Sweet Dream is the ideal destination for your next Outer Banks vacation!

Exploring the Area: While visiting Corolla, Explore the historic Whalehead Club, a handsomely restored 1920s-era mansion located on the Currituck Sound. Take a guided tour to learn about its rich history and extravagant architecture. If you're looking for some outdoors adventures, Embark on a thrilling wild horse tour to see the famed Corolla wild horses that roam freely along the beaches and dunes, just north of Whalehead in Carova; the northern-most part of the Outer Banks.

Beach Access: The Marlin Public Beach Access is conveniently located directly across from the home! The access offers a wooden walkover for visitors to use and cross the dunes with ease.

Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October.
Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Animals Accepted. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
