Welcome to Pressure Drop! Closer to the beach access than many semi-oceanfront homes…only 75 steps to the private beach access! Expanded in 2022, our guests appreciate an open, bright, cheerful great room and kitchen and a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. Multiple levels of decking showcase ocean vistas to the east and sunsets to the west. The home features a new 15x35 pool (heating available) with a full-width splash/lounge pad and a roomy pool deck including a new hot tub. Many new upgrades include dual tankless hot water heaters, individual temperature controls for 3 new bedrooms, a new upstairs refrigerator, high-speed WiFi with a mesh router system, and a cavernous outside shower. Once you walk into the home you'll discover it is well-decorated, well-cared for, and with pride of ownership throughout.

Living room with a huge comfortable couch where you can have an extraordinary view of sunrises. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee Internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hot spot or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the Internet is needed for work or school. Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Ocean Sands, a neighborhood in Corolla. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and The Sanderling Spa. Corolla Raceway and Nor'Banks Sailing are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
