Welcome to Pressure Drop! Closer to the beach access than many semi-oceanfront homes…only 75 steps to the private beach access! Expanded in 2022, our guests appreciate an open, bright, cheerful great room and kitchen and a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. Multiple levels of decking showcase ocean vistas to the east and sunsets to the west. The home features a new 15x35 pool (heating available) with a full-width splash/lounge pad and a cavernous pool deck including a new hot tub. Many new upgrades include dual tankless hot water heaters, individual temperature controls for 3 new bedrooms, a new upstairs refrigerator, high-speed WiFi with a mesh router system, and a roomy outside shower. Once you walk into the home you'll discover it is well-decorated, well-cared for, and with pride of ownership throughout.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Ocean Sands, a neighborhood in Corolla. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and The Sanderling Spa.
