Welcome to Pressure Drop! Closer to the beach access than many semi-oceanfront homes…only 75 steps to the private beach access! Our guests savor an open, bright, cheerful great room and kitchen plus a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. Multiple levels of decking showcase ocean vistas to the east and sunsets to the west. The home features a 15x35 pool (heating available) with a full-width splash/lounge pad and a cavernous pool deck including a hot tub. Many upgrades include dual tankless hot water heaters, individual temperature controls for 3 bedrooms, an upstairs refrigerator, high-speed WiFi with a mesh router system, and a roomy outside shower. Once you walk into the home you'll discover it is well-decorated and well-cared for with pride of ownership evident throughout.
