Welcome to Pressure Drop! Closer to the beach access than many semi-oceanfront homes…only 75 steps to the private beach access! Expanded in 2022, our guests appreciate an open, bright, cheerful great room and kitchen and a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. Multiple levels of decking showcase ocean vistas to the east and sunsets to the west. The home features a new 15x35 pool (heating available) with a full-width splash/lounge pad and a roomy pool deck including a new hot tub. Many new upgrades include dual tankless hot water heaters, individual temperature controls for 3 new bedrooms, a new upstairs refrigerator, high-speed WiFi with a mesh router system, and a cavernous outside shower. Once you walk into the home you'll discover it is well-decorated, well-cared for, and with pride of ownership throughout.

Level 1: Sitting room with 65” TV, pull-out couch, high-top table, and wet bar with a full-size refrigerator/freezer. Queen Bedroom with a full bathroom. Outdoor shower. Access to carport and pool area.

Level 2: Walk-up entryway into the home, King Bedroom with a full bathroom attached, 1 full and 1 twin bed with a bathroom shared with the pyramid and bunk bed set room. Queen bedroom with a full bathroom attached.

Level 3: Kitchen with appliances, plenty of seating for everybody to sit around for a big family dinner. Living room with a huge comfortable couch where you can have an extraordinary view of sunrises. Screened Porch where you can gather and savor some meals outside. 2 King Bedrooms each with en-suite full bathrooms.

However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee Internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hot spot or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the Internet is needed for work or school. Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Ocean Sands, a neighborhood in Corolla. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and The Sanderling Spa. Corolla Raceway and Nor'Banks Sailing are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.   • Walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
