The lower level contains a TV and stereo with a second refrigerator with ice maker and microwave. There are double laundry areas, one each on the lower and middle levels. It is located on a lakeside cul-de-sac in striking Ocean Lakes, which has exclusive amenities such as multiple tennis courts, lake, enormous community pool, infant pool and gazebos.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
