Your family will appreciate calming in this Corolla home with a private pool, hot tub and rec room that sits close to the beach! This home has everything you could ever need to make the ideal vacation, including two hot tubs!! Kids will appreciate the rec room downstairs while the adults will appreciate the screened porch out back overlooking the pool area. Step up to the crow's nest deck for a view of the Lighthouse! This home has something for everybody!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a completely gated private pool with hot tub, carport with grilling area that includes 2 charcoal grilles and an outside shower. In the backyard you'll find a volleyball court. Inside you enter into the rec room with sizable TV, DVD, Xbox 360 game console, foosball table, wet bar with mini-microwave & wine cooler and a sliding glass door that leads out to the pool deck (which is completely gated off from the home for additional security with the little ones). You will also find a Bedroom with a 2 Bunk Sets with TV/DVD and a full hall bath with a second door leading to the pool deck for simple access from outside. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: This level offers 4 bedrooms. There are 2 Queen Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and deck access. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, Bedroom with DuoBunk, Trundle, flat-screen TV and deck access and a full hall bathroom. There is a second hot tub located on the southwest deck and a half bath between the mid and top levels.

Top Level: Features an open great room with enormous flat-screen TV/DVD, stereo with surround sound and a gas fireplace. Just off the great room is the well-outfitted kitchen with bar seating for 4 and a dining area that has seating for 10. There is a loft/office space with desk up a half level. Substantial screened porch with a picnic table is located on the west side of the home, a great place for those family crab feasts! There is a giant King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom with walk-in, tiled shower, double vanities and a jetted tub. There's a second gas fireplace in this bedroom, as well as deck access. Just off this bedroom is a den with flat-screen TV/DVD player, Queen Sleep Couch and access to a private screened porch. Step outside and savor the ocean breezes from the multitude of decks and the crow's nest deck on top of the home that offers spectacular ocean and sound vistas and vistas of The Currituck Lighthouse. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
