BookSmart Properties presents: Ooh Corolla La La! This freshly constructed home in Corolla is ideal for your dream OBX vacation. From top to bottom this home is bright, modern, and full of coastal appeal. Beach access is just around the corner, making beach time convenient.

On the top level of this home is a pretty, modern kitchen that is every chef's dream. Grab a snack or cup of coffee at the countertop bar, or take it outside onto the deck and savor the fresh air. The dining room seats 8 with room for more at the barstools. The open concept flows neatly into a bright living room, where you can relax for movie nights in the evening or curl up with a book. A impressive master king suite with a private full bath rounds out this level.

Downstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. 3 queen suites, all with full baths (2 are private, 1 adjacent hall bath) are decorated to reflect the serenity the beach offers and create a relaxing getaway to rest.

On the ground level are 3 more bedrooms: a queen suite & 2 bunk bed rooms, both with 2 sets of bunk beds. There is also a rec room with a pool table where you can challenge someone to a friendly round of pool. The kitchenette keeps snacks accessible and provides additional storage for your supplies.

Outside the home you can take a dip in the shining pool, or embrace full relaxation in the hot tub. For a more energetic activity, there is a sand volleyball court and a horseshoe pit.
