Happy Ours is a pretty, oceanside home in the off-road area of Carova, with 6 bedrooms (3 of which are en suites with private baths). Savor unobstructed ocean vistas from just about everywhere in this gorgeously designed vacation rental. Take an early morning walk to the beach (just 400 feet away) to savor the sunrise with your cup of coffee.

More beautiful vistas await in the upper level loft. Loaded to the max with amenities, this home offers all new stainless appliances, granite counter tops, WiFi, a private pool (14x20), eight TVs, 6 DVD/CD players, two stereos, a full-size Foosball table, Blackjack card table, slot machine with play tokens, two fridges with ice makers and a gas grille.

This home does not have cable or satellite/ streaming services only!

This home is only accessible with a 4 wheel drive car. All wheel drive cars are not capable of navigating the soft sand and off road beach driving conditions. To find out more about 4x4 access and driving on the beach visit www.visitcurrituck.com/visitor-info/beach-driving-tips

Parking on the 4x4 beaches between April 29th and October 7th requires a parking pass from Currituck County.

This property does have video surveillance located at the entrance to the home.

Happy Ours is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

Ground Level: Rec room with a full-size Foosball table, blackjack table, slot machine with play tokens, and kitchenette. Queen bedroom with a flat screen TV and shared full bath, bunk bedroom, washer and dryer in closet off wet bar and pool access. There is an outdoor shower under the covered deck.

Mid Level: King en suite with a tub/shower combo and deck access, a pyramid bunk en suite with private bath, queen en suite with private bath and deck access.

Top Level: Living area, kitchen, dining area, king bedroom, full bath, generous open deck space.

Loft: Pull out couch with TV and sitting area, full bath, crow's nest access.

About the Area

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Currituck National Wildlife Refuge and Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education are also worth visiting.
