This pretty coastal getaway enjoys close proximity to the beach and great ocean vistas, as well as a private pool and hot tub. Giant decks extend your living area. Its peaceful cul-de-sac location provides parents a comfort level with kids on bicycles.

Ground Level: Features a great rec room with 55 in. HDTV,a new pool table, wet bar with under counter wine cooler, full size refrigerator and access to pool deck. A Queen bedroom with TV, and a full bath are on this level.

Mid Level: Has 2 Queen main bedrooms and a Queen room, all with TVs; a private den with Daybed with Trundle and a 32 in. TV; a room with Duobunk with Trundle, and a full bath.

Top Level: Offers a enormous great room with gas fireplace, 47 in. TV/DVD with Bose surround sound. The well-equipped kitchen provides the tools to prepare a feast for all. A King main bedroom with whirlpool tub along with half bath complete this level.

For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 5 cars.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

When to book & When to go:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Currituck area. To book the best rental within budget, we recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Currituck restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.
