Access to the pool and hot tub.
Mid Level: Laundry room with a front-loading LG washer and dryer, two king en suites with private baths, and a bathroom connecting a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two singles. Oceanside King bedroom has its own sitting area as well as a writing desk, fax machine, TV, DVD, twin sink alcove and full-size bathroom with shower. The queen oceanside bedroom has a wall-mounted TV and DVD. The twin bedroom has a desk, wall-mounted TV as well as access to the enormous rear deck. The poolside king en suite has a sitting area as well as a desk, TV and DVD.
Top Level: Oceanside king en suite with TV/DVD and a huge full bath. Also on the top level is an additional half bath, screened-in porch, and a living area with leather furnishings and pretty ocean vistas.
