In addition to two community pools, the Villages at Ocean Hill amenities also include basketball courts, a playground, and a nature trail. For an additional fee, guests can enjoy access to the exercise center and tennis/pickleball courts.

Ground Level: Den with a queen sleeper couch, full refrigerator, wet bar, microwave, wall mounted TV, DVD and surround sound system. There is an en suite with private bath and two pyramid bunk beds and foosball table, another wet bar and a mini refrigerator, wall mounted TV, and a full size bathroom. Access to the pool and hot tub.

Mid Level: Laundry room with a front-loading LG washer and dryer, two king en suites with private baths, and a bathroom connecting a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two singles. Oceanside King bedroom has its own sitting area as well as a writing desk, fax machine, TV, DVD, twin sink alcove and full-size bathroom with shower. The queen oceanside bedroom has a wall-mounted TV and DVD. The twin bedroom has a desk, wall-mounted TV as well as access to the sizable rear deck. The poolside king en suite has a sitting area as well as a desk, TV and DVD.

Top Level: Oceanside king en suite with TV/DVD and a enormous full bath. Also on the top level is an additional half bath, screened-in porch, and a living area with leather furnishings and striking ocean vistas. The kitchen has been modernized with granite countertops, glass top stove, humongous three-door LG state of the art stainless refrigerator, stainless dishwasher, wet bar with wine cooler, huge flat screen TV.

Sticking to your rental budget:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Corolla. To get the best value, try changing your family's Currituck vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warm weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
