Set on nearly an acre in one of the most private areas on the island, you’ll really get to experience the best of OBX!

The Space:
Welcome to Seasar's Palace, a stunnng Pine Island oceanfront property that offers unparalleled luxury and impressive expansive ocean vistas. The top level of this charming home features three cavernous en suite bedrooms, each offering a unique and serene experience. The two bedrooms on the north end include private balconies—one with sweeping oceanfront vistas, and the other showcasing gorgeous sunsets. Separating these rooms is a seating area with its own ocean view windows, open to the floor below. The other side of the top floor is dedicated entirely to the broad primary en suite, offering mesmerizing ocean vistas and a private oceanfront balcony. The suite also includes an oceanfront balcony for appreciating sunsets, creating an open, airy feel. The spa-like bathroom features bespoke tile, double vanity sinks, a jetted tub, and a separate shower.

The heart of the home lies on the main level, where the open great room impresses with soaring cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows that frame the stunning ocean vistas. A generous sun deck extends the living space outdoors, ideal for stargazing or soaking in the vistas. The gorgeously refreshed kitchen is ideal for enormous groups and two islands provide ample prep space, additional storage, and seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is a sun-drenched breakfast room with access to both the front and rear covered decks, ideal for al fresco dining or entertaining. Also on this level are two more en suite bedrooms: one with spectacular ocean vistas, a private bath, and oceanfront sun deck access, while the other features a private bath and a sunset-facing covered deck.

This level also includes an additional bedroom, as well as a roomy game room complete with a kitchenette and a full-size bathroom. Double sliding glass doors open to the outdoor getaway, which features a heated private pool, hot tub, and outdoor showers. A private dune walkway leads directly to the beach!

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
