Heated Pool is supplied in the advertised rental rate May 10, 2025- June 6, 2025 and August 30, 2025-October 10, 2025. Additional $500 to heat the pool during June 7, 2025 -August 29, 2025.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has finished their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.

Beach Cabana Service: 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas will be set up Sunday-Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10 am-5 pm, Sunday-Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Get the best value:

  • In the Currituck area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Corolla. To find the best value, consider changing your family's Currituck vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers often offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection.
