This exceptional beach home was designed for the ideal family vacation. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, it's just a short walk or bicycle trip to the beach, shopping and the lighthouse. Savor the view of the ocean from the enormous upper level sundeck.

Ground Level: Outside amenities include the outside shower, basketball hoop, and a charcoal grille. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and laundry with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom, Queen Bedroom that shares a full bath with a Bedroom with DuoBunk and Trundle, and Den with TV and foosball table. All bedrooms have deck access.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD and gas fireplace, dining room seating 8, half bath, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, and a King Master Bedroom with whirlpool and deck access.

Extras: 2 TVs, DVD player, stereo with CD, high-speed wireless internet access, book libraries, high chair, infant gate, foosball table, basketball hoop, outside shower, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), charcoal grille, linens and towels supplied and Villages at Ocean Hill Community Conveniences. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can't be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

When to book a Currituck rental home & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Corolla. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection.   • Walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
