This fantastic beach home was designed for the ideal family vacation. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, it's just a short walk or bicycle trip to the beach, shopping and the lighthouse. Savor the view of the ocean from the huge upper level sundeck.

Ground Level: Outside amenities include the outside shower, basketball hoop, and a charcoal grille. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and laundry with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom, Queen Bedroom that shares a full bath with a Bedroom with DuoBunk and Trundle, and Den with TV and foosball table. All bedrooms have deck access.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD and gas fireplace, dining room seating 8, half bath, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, and a King Master Bedroom with whirlpool and deck access.

Extras: 2 TVs, DVD player, stereo with CD, high-speed wireless internet access, book libraries, high chair, infant gate, foosball table, basketball hoop, outside shower, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), charcoal grille, linens and towels included and Villages at Ocean Hill Community Conveniences. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can't be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection.   • Lock your rental property while you are gone! Don't let burglars spoil your trip.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
