This welcoming soundfront home is located among mature trees in the award-winning community of Corolla Light. A trolley stop right in front of the home along with the home's proximity to the Sports Complex means you can park your car in the driveway and leave it there for your entire stay if you'd like. In addition to a variety of resort amenities, On Valentine Pond provides guests with their very own private saltwater pool in the backyard and a bubbly hot tub for soaking away your worries. Dogs are welcome, so your fur babies can accompany you on the trip of a lifetime.

The traditional floorplan features the common areas and primary suite on the bottom floor for convenient, one-level living. An open-concept great room offers effortless flow and encourages quality time spent together. Use the completely outfitted kitchen for preparing meals that can be served in the main dining area or casual breakfast nook. The kitchen leads out to a screened porch and sun deck with hot tub that overlook the pond and pool area below. It's the ideal place for admiring the gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. The garage is equipped with a ping pong table where you can challenge appreciated ones to some friendly competition. When it's time for bed, getaway to the cavernous main level primary suite that includes deck access and a private bath with dual vanity and charming walk-in shower. Upstairs you'll find four more bedrooms, including two additional ensuites that make On Valentine Pond ideal for multiple or extended families.

As guests of Corolla Light, your family will have access to a variety of world-class resort amenities - there's really something for everybody! A trolley stop is located right in front of the home and will shuttle you to the Oceanfront Complex for a full day of fun in the sun. Along with direct access to the beach, you'll find three outdoor pools, a snack bar, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and a playground. Back on the west side of the resort, Bit of Heaven is only a 2-min. walk away from the soundfront community pool as well as the Corolla Light Sports Center. This impressive 36,000 sq. ft. facility includes an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a exercise center with showers and a sauna, racquetball, pickleball, ping pong, and weekly classes/activities.
