This refreshed 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beach home offers a freshly painted great room big enough for the whole family to gather for dinner, games or movies. This home offers multiple decks, a 6 person hot tub and is just a short walk to the beach. Your family can appreciate the community pool, tennis courts or take advantage of local shopping and dining around the corner. Shoulda' Been Here Yesterday is ready for your family to have a calming and memorable vacation!

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with 32" flat-screen TV and whirlpool tub, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, Bedroom with 2 Singles and flat-screen HD TV, Queen Bedroom with flat- screen TV, and a full hall bathroom. Hot tub with room for 6 on the gated deck and all bedrooms offer deck access. Laundry Area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Offers a King Master Bedroom with 42" HD flat-screen TV, deck access and a whirlpool tub. Giant great room with wood fireplace, 42" HD TV and cathedral ceiling, sizable kitchen with stainless appliances, new floor, new cabinets and counter seating for 3, dining room seating 10, half bath, gated sundeck and enclosed porch with windows.

Extras: Hot Tub (6), 5 TVs, high speed wireless internet, enclosed porch, park-style charcoal grille, gas grille, high chair, pack-n-play, games, books, puzzles, basketball goal, wood fireplace (Available November 1- March 31), grille table, tons of beach chairs, community water, linens and towels supplied and Crown Point Community Conveniences. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
