Striking modern home located in the Villages of Ocean Hill with a community pools, tennis court, exercise center, and more. Spend your nights appreciating the view on the deck overlooking the sound. Unwind and appreciate the peacefulness and privacy of being right on the sound, surrounded by mature oaks. A birder's heaven!

Level 2: On the middle level there is one king bedroom with an attached bathroom, one queen bedroom, and one pyramid bunk room with a shared bathroom. There is a den on this floor with a sleeper couch and TV. A huge covered deck with a hot tub sits just outside.

Level 3: The upper level has a completely supplied kitchen with brand new appliances and a roomy living room for everybody to savor their evenings together, as well as a dining area with plenty of seating for the whole family to savor all of their meals together around the table. This level has another king bedroom with an attached bath. Both the bedroom and living area access a screened porch with prime sound vistas and a enormous dining table. The adjoining open deck accepts for even more space to enjoy time outdoors.

Ship's watch: A few steps up from level 3 is a bright and airy ship's watch with great spots for reading and calming.

Just a short walk or bicycle ride away are numerous of Corolla's best attractions. Stroll through Historic Corolla Park with its museums, Whalehead Mansion, and the Currituck Beach lighthouse. The Currituck Banks Reserve provides unique nature trails through canopies of live oaks and a walkway out to the sound.

As a guest at the Village at Ocean Hill, you can also enjoy two pools (sounds side and oceanside, both with ample parking), a exercise center for additional costs (entirely equipped for all types of workouts) with both weight training and cardio equipment, basketball courts, sports courts (volleyball/badminton, shuffleboard, 4-square), a playground, two tennis courts (with hourly rental fee), two pickleball courts, and your very own beach chair and umbrella rental stand, as well as, Sharky's Snack Bar where you can enjoy cool drinks, ice cream, and snacks!   • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
