Striking modern home located in the Villages of Ocean Hill with a community pools, tennis court, exercise center, and more. Spend your nights appreciating the view on the deck overlooking the sound. Unwind and appreciate the peacefulness and privacy of being right on the sound, surrounded by mature oaks. A birder's heaven!

Level 2: On the middle level there is one king bedroom with an attached bathroom, one queen bedroom, and one pyramid bunk room with a shared bathroom. There is a den on this floor with a sleeper couch and TV. A sizable covered deck with a hot tub sits just outside.

Level 3: The upper level has a entirely outfitted kitchen with brand new appliances and a cavernous living room for everybody to savor their evenings together, as well as a dining area with plenty of seating for the whole family to savor all of their meals together around the table. This level has another king bedroom with an attached bath. Both the bedroom and living area access a screened porch with prime sound vistas and a enormous dining table. The adjoining open deck accepts for even more space to enjoy time outdoors.
