Appreciate the sizable private pool on hot summer days or lounge in one of four new comfortable rattan lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs or other sitting areas. While you relax, the kids will savor playing in the pool with a variety of pool toys available. You can also sit with friends and family in the cavernous screened in living area adjacent to the pool or read a good book while calming in the hammock. The new front porch, furnished with rocking chairs, is another area good for drinking your morning coffee or relaxing after a long beach day. You will adore the handsome decor of this impressive home. The kitchen was freshly refreshed, as well as all of the bathrooms and the laundry room (even more updates are being made by the new owners with additional pics coming soon!).

There is a roomy king master suite on the top level, as well as a bedroom with 2 singles, a bedroom with a full bed, and a enormous full-hall bathroom. The main level is where you will find the queen master suite and a powder room.
