For a day on the beach, savor the beach gear you'll find in the garage. Or chill on the roomy deck with ideal vistas of the Corolla Lighthouse.

Top Level: The home's top level features an open great room with TV/DVD, offering ideal vistas of the lighthouse, and a huge sliding glass door that leads to the deck. The updated open-concept kitchen provides a spacious area with in-kitchen dining room table, new cabinets and counter tops and updated appliances (2025). Savor a breakfast at the kitchen bar or entertain the whole family in the sizable adjacent dining room with ocean view, seating 8. Beach Bellini is well outfitted with flat-screen TVs throughout, games, puzzles and books, plus WIFI and cable TV.

Mid Level: The middle level of the villa features 2 King Master Bedrooms each featuring freshly remodeled private bathrooms with spacious showers, new vanities and counters. Hallway laundry area includes full-sized washer and dryer.

Ground Level: On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms; one with 2 Singles and TV/DVD, a Queen Bedroom with TV/DVD and a full bath. The garage is amply supplied with chairs, umbrellas, body boards and toys. Outside amenities include a patio with charcoal grille and outside shower.

Extras: 5 TVs, 5 DVD players, stereo with CD, wireless high-speed internet access, video/DVD/book libraries, outside shower, parking for 4 cars, charcoal grille, community water, linens and towels supplied and Corolla Light Community Conveniences for 8 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Corolla Light, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. When to go & When to book:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To book the best rental within your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Currituck restaurants and activities.
  • Some hosts offer promotional rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.

  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally available online. Otherwise, call the property owner before reserving the rental. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to work out what is best for your trip.
  • Some rentals allow pets, but some don't. Acceptable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the host about allowable breeds and types before booking.
  • Visiting for a specific attraction? Try a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.

More tips for your stay:

  • Take a copy of the host's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, intercom or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents many difficulties.
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Note any damages to the property during check in, and immediately contact the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Respect the neighborhood. Frequently, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property one final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a excellent vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
