Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private deck access and private bathroom with jetted tub and shower. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom and deck access.
Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, Queen Sleep Couch, sound bar and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining area seating 6 with deck access and a half bath.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

When to book & When to go:
- Summer is the most expensive season in the Currituck area. To find the largest rental within budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Currituck attractions and restaurants.
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
- Property management companies usually offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Currituck area visitors guide magazines that include special deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. - Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would back home.
- Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
- Did your family have a wonderful time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
