Welcome to this roomy, calm and coastal-modern townhouse in Beacon Villas, an award-winning Corolla Light Community. This home is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. Appreciate a calming and memorable vacation with the beach only a 7-min. walk, and access to many recreational amenities.

When you book this home, all guests will have access to all Corolla Light community amenities,including beachside and soundside outdoor pools, exercise center, hottub, indoor pool, tennisand pickleball courts, playgrounds, basketball courts and even an in-season trolley service. Wristbands will be included, to be picked up at Vacasa.  The community is conveniently located near the Currituck Beach Lighthouse and historic Corolla Park, and walkable to many stores and eateries.

With multiple levels within the home, including a comfortable living room with a TV, a entirely equippedkitchen with modern appliances, and a dining area, you'll have plenty of space to relax andunwind. The townhouse features four bedrooms: 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, and a bunk bed with a twin on top and queen on the bottom, ensuring a good nighttime's sleep for everybody. 

Step outside onto the balcony or patio to savor the fresh coastal air or fire up the gas grille for a delicious BBQ. Unwind in the hot tub after a day of exploring the area or take a dip in the community indoor pool to cool off on a sunny afternoon. For those looking for some friendly competition, head to the tennis court or game room for some fun activities.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Currituck area. Booking your Currituck vacation rental in Fall or Spring months is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental.   • Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let crooks ruin your family vacation.
  • Double-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
