**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.

Corolla is a gorgeous Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and vistas from both the oceanside and the sound side. This OBX village features impressive beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the ideal balance of nature and beach town.

Ocean Sands is a pleasant community in Corolla. With calm roads for walking or cycling, beach access, a fishing lake, and an ideal location for grocery shopping or local activities, Ocean Sands is ideal for a peaceful OBX hideaway.
