For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Ocean Sands is a pleasant community in Corolla. With calm roads for walking or cycling, beach access, a fishing lake, and an ideal location for grocery shopping or local activities, Ocean Sands is ideal for a peaceful OBX hideaway.
