Be surrounded by sunny skies and partial ocean vistas, thanks to plentiful windows and an open floor plan.

Just a short walk to the beach - we've supplied a beach cart, chairs, body boards and sand toys. At Monteray Shores Clubhouse savor the pool. playground, tennis courts, bicycle and kayak units, sound fishing and crabbing off the pier, exercise center and kid's activities. Beach access is at Bonita St. We also have additional parking behind the home and a seating are under the carport. We're just steps away from some of the Outer Bank's best stores and eateries. You'll adore it here!

Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is high season in Corolla. Booking in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
