Avoca Blue is a unique soundfront home located in the Currituck Club, a world-class golf and resort community. Located on a modest soundside peninsula in Magnolia Bay, the lot is surrounded by water, marsh grass and mature landscaping for a calming, secluded setting. After a day at the beach or exploring Corolla, come home and relax in the open-concept great room with a striking view of Beasley Bay. The living area leads out to a sizable waterfront deck with plenty of outdoor furnishings for calming while admiring the spectacular sunsets. It also overlooks the 11' x 26' private pool and hot tub. The pool can be heated certain times of the year, a must-have for off-season getaways. Just beyond the pool, a grassy backyard provides plenty of room for kids or dogs to run and play.

When you're not dining out, prepare meals at home in the kitchen where you can still savor a astounding sound view while cooking. The chef in the family will appreciate the stainless steel appliances, including a Viking gas range. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main level and offers the same marvelous water vistas and deck access as the living area. The suite also features a private bath with a double vanity and a cavernous walk-in shower with dual showerheads. A second bedroom on the main floor and two more upstairs provide plenty of space for family and friends. Ideal for family pets, tile and LVP floor run throughout the entire home - you won't find any carpet in this home!

Everyone in your group can take advantage of all the great amenities that the Currituck Club offers, including a exercise center, tennis, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and multiple outdoor pools. During the summer months, take a short walk to the trolley stop and use the complimentary shuttle service to get to the beach. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Golf enthusiasts can book a tee-time or clinic at the world-class 18-hole championship course designed by Rees Jones.
