Sitting just 150-ft. from the Topsail Arch beach access, you'll savor ocean vistas and a short walk to the beach.
As you pull up to this charming home, you'll find plenty of parking space and room for one car beneath the home. A dry entry takes you into a ground-level landing with a laundry closet and steps to the mid-level. Outside, a park-style charcoal grille is available for cooking up your catch of the day and an enclosed outdoor shower helps to rinse off the sand from your toes.
The main entry is on the mid-level along with a den and three of the home's four bedrooms. In the den, a Queen Sleeper Couch is available for additional sleeping space and doubles as a great place to relax around the entertainment center with TV/DVD/VCR. The kids will adore the bedroom with 2 Twin Beds or the bedroom with a DuoBunk Bed while the adults will get a great nighttime's rest in a comfortable Queen Bedroom that enjoys Deck Access.
