**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

Getting Around:
The home is located in the Ocean Sands Community in Corolla. The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can comfortably plan your transportation!

Other Things to Note:
The pool will be open from 5/1 - 10/9. If your stay is outside of this date range and you would like to use the pool, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.

The hot tub will be open year-round.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.

High speed Wifi is an luxury that is supplied at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Tar Cove Marsh, while Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights. Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars are also worth visiting.

Money saving strategies:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Corolla. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • In the Currituck area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Some owners offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers often offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
