Forget keeping up - life is better when you're Beachin' Up With The Jones's. This family-friendly (and dog friendly!) home in the Currituck Club is located on a high elevation with a reverse floor plan that takes advantage of the ocean vistas from the top floor. In addition to a private heated pool and hot tub, Beachin' Up With The Jones's offers guests access to a variety of indoor and outdoor community amenities.

The open-concept layout upstairs is ideal for spending quality time together and creating memories. When you're not dining out, prepare meals in the cavernous kitchen featuring a sizable island with granite countertop and bar seating. Durable wood-look tile is installed throughout, ideal for dogs and kids. The living area leads out to a sun deck that overlooks the pool below. The main master suite is conveniently located on this floor and includes a private bath with double vanity and soaking tub. Downstairs, you'll find the second master suite and two additional bedrooms.

Getting to the beach is simple with the complimentary trolley and beach valet services (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). The nearest trolley stop is just a short walk away and once you arrive you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear. But the beach is just the beginning! The Currituck Club offers a variety of other recreation options that will give everybody in your group something to look forward to, including five community pools located throughout the community. The Exercise Center is the hub of all activities in the Currituck Club and provides guests with year-round amenities such as basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, and volleyball.

About the Area

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is near the beach. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars. Nor'Banks Sailing and Digger's Dungeon - Home of Grave Digger are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Summer months are high season in the Currituck area. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is an excellent way to save on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a excellent time? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
