The Space:
BookSmart Properties presents: Kokomo Cove! From the top to the bottom, this home is equipped for fun and relaxation! Beach access is only a 4 min. walk away, down a grassy path. The refreshed interior & decor sets the tone for your beach week. On the top level, savor the Carolina sunshine streaming in the windows while you dine together at the huge dining table or on the screened porch. The kitchen is completely outfitted and features modern appliances, so the chef of your family can whip up delicious meals with ease. Your family will adore calming in the living room with a good book, or an evening movie nighttime. A king bed master bedroom and full bathroom round out this level.

Heading down to the mid-level, you will encounter the other 3 guest bedrooms, a shared full hall bath (also with direct access to one queen bedrooms), as well as access to the shaded deck where you can appreciate the porch swing and hot tub. 

The ground level is set up for both fun and convenience. Challenge someone to a friendly (or competitive!) round of pool. The laundry is located in this room, as well as an additional full size refrigerator. You can access the exterior amenities – pool, outdoor shower, charcoal barbeque - from the pool room, too.

Outside features a private pool with plenty of seating & sunloungers surrounding it, so you can work on your suntan even when you're not on the beach. Take a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a long day in the waves, or play a game of corn hole. A convenient half bath is located outside, so you don't need to track sand or water indoors. There are multiple levels of decks, so you can enjoy fresh air from any level of Kokomo Cove. The peaceful neighborhood is ideal for taking a calming walk around the modest lake, where you will be accompanied by many turtles!

Nearby, enjoy fun attractions close by like Wild Horse Adventure Tours, Currituck Beach
Lighthouse, Whalehead Club, or Historic Corolla Park.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Family Animals are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $150.

50% due at confirmation
50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.

High speed Wifi is an luxury that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
