With Intelligent TVs, a entirely supplied kitchen, pool (heated in April/May, and Sept/Oct) hot tub, board games-- you can stay on site and have a great time! Or, plan a day appreciating the many Currituck Club amenities including: tennis, dining, golf, and other activities. With beach access just down the street, this home is ready for a ideal Outer Banks hideaway!

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

**Pool will open April 1st and close the second week of November**

Other Things to Note:
The Currituck Club offers a wide range of amenities that are available to our guests, including a exercise center, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and more. Whether you're looking to stay active or simply relax and relax, there's something for everybody at the Currituck Club.

The beach access is just across the street and open year round. Or, April-October, you can drive and park on this beach!

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability.
