BookSmart Properties presents: Lighthouse Cottage! COMPLIMENTARY POOL Heat in Spring and Fall! Our home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. With Intelligent TVs, a entirely outfitted kitchen, pool (heated in April/May, and Sept/Oct) hot tub, board games-- you can stay on site and have a great time! Or, plan a day appreciating the many Currituck Club amenities including: tennis, dining, golf, and other activities. With beach access just down the street, this home is ready for a ideal Outer Banks hideaway!

Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be supplied prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

**Pool will open April 1st and close the second week of November**

**Pool heat available with advance request $75/day, $500/week**

You'll be staying in the gated Currituck Club Community. The Currituck Club is a golf cart friendly community, check out OBX Beach Toy Units if interested. There are dedicated golf cart parking spaces near the beach entrance which you can drive or walk to from the home.

The Currituck Club offers a wide range of amenities that are available to our guests, including a exercise center, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and more. Whether you're looking to stay active or simply relax and relax, there's something for everybody at the Currituck Club.

The beach access is just across the street and open year round. Or, April-October, you can drive and park on this beach!
