The Space:
Welcome to Nauti Gulls, your opulent coastal getaway in Whalehead. This impressive home is designed to accommodate huge groups, offering comfort, style, and countless amenities for an memorable stay. As you enter the top level, you'll be greeted by a bright, modern kitchen completely outfitted for all your culinary needs, flowing seamlessly into a cavernous dining area with enough room to seat 32 guests. The great room, bathed in natural light, is ideal for relaxing, while the dedicated exercise room ensures you can maintain your exercise routine even on vacation. A master king bedroom with an ensuite bath provides a private sanctuary, and a convenient half bath completes this floor. An elevator services all levels, making access simple for everybody.

The mid-level is all about restful slumber and convenience, featuring four master king bedrooms and two master queen bedrooms. A master pyramid bunk room with a trundle bed comfortably sleeps four, making this floor ideal for families and couples alike.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.   • Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
