The backyard getaway is marvelous, offering a enormous private pool for lazy sunny days or a hot tub for calming evenings! Fenced-in natural vegetation backyard, offering a Pool 16 x 32 and a Hot Tub! There are plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing by the pool.

Level 3: Besides the elegant ocean vistas, the top level also features a great room with slider doors to the ocean-side deck! Savor morning sunrises and ocean breezes while having breakfast! The kitchen and dining area are also on the top level as well as a king bedroom and full bathroom. The sunroom is being converted into a game room with a pool table and is ideal for family fun nights of games or a peaceful afternoon with a great novel!

Level 2: The mid-level is where you will find a king bedroom, a bedroom with 2 singles, a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a regular bunk, and 2 full bathrooms.

The laundry room is located at the entry level of the home.
