BookSmart Properties presents: Blue Monkey! After appreciating the handsome beaches of Corolla only 5 min away, come kick back at this roomy & private home. Cool off in the pool, grab a drink at the tiki bar, and fire up the grille. This secluded getaway has activities for everybody with games such as horseshoes and foosball. At nighttime, head up to the spa on the upper deck and relax under the stars. Located in the charming Ocean Sands community and a short drive to local stores and eateries!

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be supplied prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

**The pool will be open from 5/1 - 10/9. If your stay is outside of this date range and you would like to use the pool, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.**

The home is located in the Ocean Sands Community in Corolla. The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can effortlessly plan your transportation!

Other Things to Note:
Family Animals are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee.

Fee structure:
$150 pet fee

The pool will be open from 5/1 - 10/9. If your stay is outside of this date range and you would like to use the pool, please reach out and I will do my finest to accommodate.

The hot tub will be open year-round.

Payment Schedule:
50% due at confirmation
50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.

High speed Wifi is an amenities that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

Interaction with Guests:

Get the most from your rental home budget:

  • To find the best value, consider shifting your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.   • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let thieves spoil your vacation.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Property owners rely on good reviews to inspire future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
