Savor an memorable coastal vacation in our 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located in Corolla, the most private & pristine town in the Outer Banks! This sweet getaway is a short 700 feet (3 Min walk) to the beach, and offers a private pool (Open April 15th-Oct 15th) and hot tub! Located in section H of the coveted Ocean Sands community, you will have access to tennis courts and walking/bicycle paths in addition to our private beach access.

FOREVER YOUNG offers plenty of privacy, tucked in a cul de sac backed by the majestic live oaks of the nature preserve AND it's conveniently located near eateries, shopping & entertainment within 1.3 miles. Appreciate private beach access for the Ocean Sands community--a mere 3 min walk away.

Home features open kitchen, living space and half bath on top floor and direct deck access through the sun-drenched double sliding doors. Enjoy a family low-country boil at our huge dining table, or snag a barstool for snacks at the the kitchen island while the kiddos perch on the hideaway stools at the coffee table. Wifi, Intelligent TV, DVD player, and portable speaker available for your enjoyment, as well as books, games & toys.

First floor features a master bedroom with TV & en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with private balcony and direct access to pool, a third bedroom with room for 3 (full bed + twin bed) and TV, plus a fourth bedroom ideal for the kids with full/twin bunk beds, a twin plus a additional trundle bed, and last but not least, a pack & play for our littlest guests.

In addition to the pool and hot tub, you will appreciate a private deck with outdoor bar, lounge chairs, umbrella, charcoal grille, picnic table and sandbox. You can relax on our rocking swing or play a game of basketball on the driveway. We have all the goodies for a ideal beach day, including cart, chairs, umbrella, body boards, sand toys, bocce ball, and more! You'll be mins. from local activities, such as water sports, wild horse tours, golf and mini golf, fishing, go-karts, shopping and dining. Travel a mere 10 mins. north to see the Currituck Lighthouse and historic Corolla village. Venture 40 mins. south to see the Wright Brothers Memorial and Jockey's Ridge State Park.

Home includes outdoor shower and HE washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outdoor ring floodlight cameras are installed for security purposes on the driveway, dry entry & pool; Pool is within the coverage area of the device.

Pool is open from April 15th through October 15th. The Hot Tub is open year round.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Ocean Sands, a neighborhood in Corolla. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and The Sanderling Spa.
