Stroll around the lake and keep an eye out for turtles, ducks, and egrets. Eateries, stores, grocery stores, golf, and wildlife refuges are all within painless driving distance.

At home, start the day with coffee on the deck or enclosed sunroom, appreciating the salty air. Inside, the main level features an airy, open floor plan and coastal vibe. The full kitchen makes meal prep simple, and the whole group can dine together at the huge, window-front table.
