This bicycle/pedestrian-friendly area is close to TimBuck II Shopping Village and near a seven-acre outfitted lake that is great for bird-watching, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. Stroll around the lake and keep an eye out for turtles, ducks, and egrets. Eateries, stores, grocery stores, golf, and wildlife refuges are all within simple driving distance.

At home, start the day with coffee on the deck or enclosed sunroom, appreciating the salty air. Inside, the main level features an airy, open floor plan and coastal vibe. The full kitchen makes meal prep painless, and the whole group can dine together at the sizable, window-front table. Spend the day at the beach, then use the convenient outdoor shower on the patio to rinse off when you return. Head up to the loft for some peaceful conversation, a puzzle, or a good book.
