Treasure Island is a six bedroom five and one half bath Oceanfront beach home. This cavernous home is located at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac. The home features a nice secluded setting with private walkway onto the sand to savor the beachfront vistas. This oceanfront home offers every luxury imaginable. Recently constructed Outdoor Bar, Grilling Area, Fire Pit and refreshed Pool Deck with generous seating!
The Media room features a 60" UHD 4K TV and Blue Ray DVD player all with Sonos surround sound. This room also offers complimentary Netflix streaming and an Xbox One. There is complimentary access to Netflix from nearly every TV in the home. The main Lower level bedroom has a Nintendo Wii' system available to keep the younger ones happy. The game room also offers another huge screen HDTV and another Nintendo Wii, a billiard table and arcade game to keep the Teens happy. The gourmet kitchen is entirely equipped to challenge even the most ambitious chef, complete with Calphalon cookware. The broad decks allow for charming ocean vistas from the upper level of the home. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has finished their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.
