Treasure Island is a six bedroom five and one half bath Oceanfront beach home. This roomy home is located at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac. The home features a nice secluded setting with private walkway onto the sand to appreciate the beachfront vistas. This oceanfront home offers every luxury imaginable. Recently constructed Outdoor Bar, Grilling Area, Fire Pit and refreshed Pool Deck with ample seating!

The Media room features a 60" UHD 4K TV and Blue Ray DVD player all with Sonos surround sound. This room also offers complimentary Netflix streaming and an Xbox One. There is complimentary access to Netflix from nearly every TV in the home. The main Lower level bedroom has a Nintendo Wii' system available to keep the younger ones happy. The game room also offers another huge screen HDTV and another Nintendo Wii, a billiard table and arcade game to keep the Teens happy. The gourmet kitchen is completely equipped to challenge even the most ambitious chef, complete with Calphalon cookware. The broad decks allow for alluring ocean vistas from the upper level of the home. You'll create your own treasure chest of vacation memories at Treasure Island!

Ground Level: Outside you'll find a private in ground pool, hot tub and gas fueled fire pit along with a blue tooth smartphone sound system. The newly remodeled deck includes an outdoor bar area with bar stools, a NEW Grand Gas Grille, outdoor drink center, fish cleaning table and 2 outside showers. Inside on the freshly refreshed lower level you'll find a Bedroom with a DuoBunk (double on bottom, single on top) with roll out Trundle and an HDTV. This bedroom shares a newly updated full hall bathroom with an additional Bedroom with a Double, Single and an HDTV. The Game Room has a widescreen HDTV, Nintendo Wii, pool table, arcade game and a Futon. There is also a laundry room with NEW washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Media room with 60" UHD TV and Blue Ray DVD along with a Sonos sound system, Queen Sleep Couch and a wet bar with microwave and full sized refrigerator. 2 King Master Bedrooms with ensuites, 40" HD TV and deck access. Bathrooms are newly modernized with over sized showers and vanities. Queen Bedroom with deck access and HDTV and across the hall a full bathroom with shower and tub.

Top Level: Great room with new sizable flat-panel 4K HDTV and Blue-Ray DVD with surround sound, stereo/CD, blue tooth access, gas fireplace (off in summer months) and deck access and expansive ocean vistas! Gourmet kitchen with 2 Wolf stainless steel ovens, 2 dishwashers, 6 eye flat top range, stainless steel microwave, wine refrigerator and breakfast bar seating 4. 2025, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/11/25 -10/11/25

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has finished their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.

  • Summertime is high season in Corolla. To book the best rental home within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Currituck restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
